NotesNOTEWORTHY: Vintage between excellent and exceptional. A great season with May rainy and warm, July and August dry and warm, September fairly dry. A dry harvest. Re-corked in April 2000. Only grapes that come from the Estate vineyards are vinified. The bottles should be placed vertically at least one week before serving, so that the coloured sediments drop to the bottom. Uncork and pour out a bit of wine from the bottles at least 8 hours before serving.
