1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?

Once you have spotted a wine or a mixed case that you like the look of, simply click 'Add to Cart' and this will add it to the ‘Shopping Cart’ in the top-right of the screen. You can continue to shop for other wines and cases and add these to your cart in the same way.

To see or check the contents of your cart you can use the ‘Cart’ link in the top-right of the screen. If you have a change of heart, or need to change the quantities of any wine simply click the ‘Cart’ button.

Once you are happy that you have made all your selections you simply need to click on ‘Checkout’ button, estimate your shipping costs, and either log-in or register with us to complete your order.

2. IF I’VE ORDERED BEFORE DO I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT?

Unless you have gone through the account creation process you do not yet have an online account. It will just take a few moments to create your account as you go through the checkout process. Once you have done so you'll simply need to login when making purchases in the future and your address book and credit card information will be at your fingertips!

3. WHY DO YOU ADD THE REGISTRATION FEATURE?

We want to provide the most convenient shopping process possible for our customers. Creating an account allows you to store shipping addresses and credit cards for use on future purchases, making your future shopping experiences even more convenient. Additionally, you'll be able to view the history of your online orders.

4. WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO CREATE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?

No problem! Simply call us at +39 055 820840, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm (GMT) and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to place your order for you.

5. I LOST MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?

Click the "Forgot Your Password?" link at the bottom of the Login page, enter the email address on your account and click the "Retrieve password" link and the email will be sent to you automatically. Once you receive the email you'll be prompted to click a link to a reset page, where you can reset your password.

6. I’M TRYING TO LOG IN AND GETTING A MESSAGE THAT MY PASSWORD ISN’T RECOGNIZED, WHAT DO I DO?

First, check to make sure that the password you are entering is at least six characters and that you're entering it exactly as you created it (passwords are case sensitive). Then, if you're certain that you've already created an online account use the forgotten password functionality to reset your password. To do this, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link at the bottom of the Login page, enter the email address on your account and click the "Retrieve password" link and the email will be sent to you automatically. Once you receive the email you'll be prompted to click a link to a reset page, where you can reset your password.

7. WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We only accept payment via PayPal

8. HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR DELIVERY?

For standard, non-scheduled delivery, shipping and handling rates will vary. The standard rates for each selection will be reflected in the shopping cart and will update as the cart is updated. Wine: Rates are based on number of bottles ordered and destination address.

9. WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD / PAYPAL ACCOUNT BE CHARGED?

Your wine is reserved as soon as you confirm your order. Your credit card / PayPal account will then be charged while your shipment is being prepared for dispatch.

10. I AM NEW TO DIRECTTOCONSUMERWINE – WHAT DO I DO?

If you have never shopped with us before you will need to create a new account, it only takes a minute and allows you to take advantage of the many benefits, including:

    View your Order History (to find those favorite wines)

    Safely store your payment and delivery details

    Rate and Review all the wines that you try

11. WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER?
