Tasting Notes
Brilliant coppery rose color. On the nose the wine is rich with chalky minerals that give way to notes of wild strawberries, citrus and green vegetable elements. On the palate it is elegant yet open and welcoming, with a pleasant correspondence to the bouquet and a long, tangy, sapid finish.
Food Pairing
Red mullet stew.
