Tasting Notes
Clear ruby in color. Scents of black cherries, plums, the slightly bitter citrus tang of cinchona bark, dried flowers and juniper berries. Smooth yet insistent on the palate, with a medium body and strong tannic texture; fresh and clean persistence.
Food Pairing
Baked rolled Sicilian meat.
