The vinification of this wine can be defined as traditional, especially considering the fermentation in open vats and aging in large oak barrels with as little human intervention as possible. The wine ages for 20 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and for 1 month in steel tanks. The wine is bottled without any filtration. Refines 30 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes
Intense garnet red color. It opens with notes of ripe raspberries and mineral tones, followed by spicy and balsamic nuances, pipe tobacco, cocoa and resin. Warm and structured on the palate, with noble and silky tannins and an impeccable fresh-savory shoulder. Long and persistent finish.
Food Pairing
Casserole of hare with juniper berries.
