Tasting Notes
Ruby red, clear and consistent color. Fine olfactory intensity, of strawberries, cherries, pomegranates and Mediterranean scrub. Balsamic scents and mineral sensations. Warm, soft, fresh and savory on the palate, with tannins fused in the body, good balance and good persistence.
Food Pairing
Rustic roasted chicken with potatoes.
