Paltrinieri’s soft, refreshing Lambrusco “Solco" is a sparkling red wine obtained from Lambrusco Salamino grapes grown in the classic “Cristo” production zone. The vineyards are espalier-trained on loose, silty soil. The grapes undergo maceration on the skins for two days, followed by second fermentation in stainless steel vats using the Charmat or Martinotti methods.

Tasting Notes
Clear ruby red with generous prickle. Vibrant aromas of ripe cherries and black cherries. Uncomplicated and approachable, with satisfying flavour. Very refreshing and drinkable, slightly tannic and sweetish.

Lasagne with lamb sauce.
