Made from 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes grown on the “Cristo” vineyard, fermented off the skins and then in the bottles, using the Classic Method. 24 months on the yeasts and then 6 months maturing in the bottles.

Tasting Notes
Bright coral pink with coppery hues. Fresh, fragrant aromas of raspberries, American grapes, and pomegranate. The refreshing, almost citrus palate echoes the aromas.

Lentic purée with crispy cotechino sausage.
