Paltrinieri’s "Leclisse" is a stylish, fragrant Lambrusco di Sorbara made from 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes using the Charmat or Martinotti methods, with second fermentation in pressurised vats. The grapes are grown in the “Del Cristo” vineyard on loose, silty soil.
Description
Tasting Notes
Pale pink colour with subtle, lingering perlage. Aromas of spring flowers, hawthorn, red apple peel, wild strawberries, with raspberry and vanilla also echoed in the flavour. A refreshing palate with lively lip-smacking, moreish flavour.
Food Pairing
Maccheroncini al pettine with con culatello ham and parmesan cheese.
