PRIVACY POLICY
1. Pursuant to art. 13 D. Lgs. 196/2003 "Code on the protection of personal data", each Winery on this Platform automatically becomes the Data Controller of the personal data of the customers with whom it comes into contact. The collected personal data of the customer will be used for the sole purpose of providing the requested wines. The provision of such data is necessary for the processing of sales. All data requested will not be disclosed to third parties except those strictly necessary for the purpose of the sale (banks, carriers, business consultants). The Customer is informed that he can at any time exercise the rights provided for in Art. 7 of D. Lgs. 196/2003, including the total deletion of his personal data. To exercise his rights, the Customer must contact the Winery from which he purchased the products.
2. Any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian court to which the supplying winery belongs.
